CEO	Drs. Michiel Adriaan Wind Michiel has a MSc in Mathematics and a BSc in Information Systems. He also has over 30 years worth of experience in software development and mathematical modeling, coupled with over 20 years of experience in investing under his belt. Michiel is a director in several companies and is also the CEO of Crystal Horse.
Partner	Dr. Chau Chun Dong Dr. Chau obtained his PhD in Mathematics in the Netherlands. He worked with several startups during the internet boom from 1997 and has been involved with investing activities from a very early age. He is the mathematical modeler in Crystal Horse as well as the metrics and analytics person.
Venture Partner	Kelvin Goh Hock Khang Kelvin Goh is the legal and regional network counsel in Crystal Horse. He has a LLB (Hons) from the University West of England. Crystal Horse has several succesful investments in Malaysia, which is the market Kelvin most familiar with. He is contributing to the start up ecosystem by mentoring along with ICON and MDEC in Malaysia.
EIR	Swee Yeong Tan Swee Yeong Tan is the entrepreneur in residence ad Crystal Horse Investments. He brought UnrealMind to the Malaysian Stock Exchange, which was subsequently taken private at a much higher price. He is a prolific Angel investor with expertise in mobile, gaming and web. CHI co-invested with Tan Swee Yeong, having very similar investment and mentoring styles, and is working closely together with him on several other deals.
